Heir 31, 5 Star 0

Going 5-0 on the season, Heir earned themselves the number one seed in the 14U Division and faced 5 Star for the second time this season.

5 Star looked to avenge their 19-14 loss earlier in the season with an opportunity to advance to the championship game against Grid Iron this Sunday. Heir’s defense was stingy now allowing the Cougars to reach the endzone, which fueled their offense.

Heir’s 31 points helped them in their shutout victory against 5 Star to advance to the championship next week.

Offensively, Heir was led by Elijah Carney, Tayven Collins, Ryshun and Rwaleed Allen. Defensively, Heir’s Daesean Toomer recorded an interception.

Grid Iron 13, CD Panthers 6

Coming into the playoffs with a 5-1 record, Grid Iron would face the CD Panthers for the second time this season, but under different circumstances as a trip to the championship game was on the line.

Grid Iron would establish defensive dominance holding the Panthers to just one touchdown throughout the whole game. Offensively their two touchdowns helped them push past CD and advance to the championship game.
