The story of Odell Beckham Jr. is over. The Baltimore Ravens and the former LSU Tiger just agreed to a one-year contract.

Odell Beckham Jr. has finally signed a contract after missing the entirety of the previous campaign to recover from an ACL tear he sustained in Super Bowl 56. The Baltimore Ravens and the former LSU Tigers star reached an agreement on a one-year contract worth up to 18 million dollars Sunday night.

With most of the major free agents off the board, Beckham was among the best skill-position players left on the market. With rumors swirling all offseason about where Beckham would land, he finally found a home in Baltimore.

On April 3rd, Adam Schefter went on NFL Live and reported the Ravens had sent Beckham an offer. However, Shefter cautioned fans not to count out the New York Jets or a potential return to the Los Angeles Rams. Ultimately, Baltimore’s bid of 18 million forced the Jets and Rams to back out.

Beckham will return to the field for the first time since Super Bowl 56. The former LSU Tiger will attempt to revive his career in Baltimore with Lamar Jackson. The 30-year-old has not had a 1,000-yard season since 2019 and hasn’t recorded double-digit touchdowns since 2016.
